What areas do you serve?
We clean homes in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens / PGA, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and other communities within roughly 50 miles, depending on schedule and location. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ask when you request an estimate.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring the cleaning supplies, so there is nothing for you to buy or set out.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You do not need to be home during the cleaning as long as we have a safe, agreed way to access the property. For a first visit, we may coordinate with you beforehand to review the home, special requests, and access details.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. We clean weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. If another schedule works better for you, we can agree on one when it is practical.
How does the estimate process work?
Send us a request with a few details about your home. We contact you to set up a visit, look at your home, and give you a customized price. We prefer to see the property before giving a final price, so we do not give instant online quotes.
Can you clean my home during the estimate visit?
Sometimes. If you would like cleaning right away and our schedule that day allows it, we can give you the price and start cleaning during the same visit. We cannot promise this every time, so mention it when you request your estimate.
Why might the first cleaning cost more than recurring cleanings?
A new recurring home may need a more thorough first cleaning to bring it to a standard we can keep up on each visit. That extra work can make the first cleaning cost more than the regular visits after it.
Do you clean Airbnb and vacation rentals?
Yes. Tell us about the property and how often it needs cleaning when you request an estimate.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. We clean homes before you move in or after you move out.
Can I request more than one cleaning service?
Yes. You can choose several services on the estimate form, and we will include them in your quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and Zelle.
Can I leave special instructions for my property?
Yes. Add them in the special requests box on the estimate form, or tell us during the visit.
How long does a cleaning usually take?
It depends on the size of your home, its condition, the services you ask for, and whether it is a first or deep cleaning or a regular recurring visit. We can give you a better idea once we see your home.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?
Yes. Our main focus is residential cleaning, but we also clean commercial spaces. Tell us about the space when you request an estimate.
